Warm Roof Conservatory Ltd has been replacing conservatory roofs across Yorkshire and Derbyshire since 2018, from a unit at Edlington in Doncaster. Replacement roofs are not a sideline for us. They are the whole job.

What we do, and what we don't
We replace conservatory and lean-to extension roofs, and we finish them inside where that is wanted. That is it. We do not build conservatories, we do not fit windows, and we are not going to try to sell you either.
Doing one thing means the team turning up at your house has done your roof shape before. It also means we can be honest when a replacement is not the right answer, because we are not trying to fill a gap in a diary that does anything else.
How we work
Four things we hold to, because they are the things people tell us other firms got wrong.
A survey, not a sales appointment
Someone comes out, measures up and looks at the frame and the base. You get a written quote afterwards. Nobody sits in your kitchen waiting for a signature.
One price, in writing
The quote sets out what is included line by line. If something is found that could not be seen at survey you are told before any extra work happens.
We clear up
Floors are covered before anything is lifted, the old roof leaves with us, and outside gets cleaned down. It comes up in almost every review we get, which tells you how often it does not happen elsewhere.
The warranty is real
Every installation carries a ten year insurance backed warranty, which means the cover sits with an insurer rather than only with us. It holds regardless of what happens to the company that fitted the roof, and it is included rather than sold to you.
We say no
If the frame or the base will not take a roof safely, or the job you are describing is not the job you need, we will tell you at the survey rather than after we have started.
The people who turn up
The same small team fits every roof. There is no subcontracting the installation out to whoever is free that week, which is why the standard does not move between one job and the next.
Plastering and electrical work, where they are part of what you have asked for, are done by the trades we have used for years rather than whoever answers the phone.
